Thrilld Labs Traineeship

At Thrilld Labs, we designed our Traineeship with a mission to develop the next wave of global Web3 leaders and Web3-savvy professionals who will shape our innovation and teams in the future.

Thrilld Labs' Traineeship Program offers a thrilling opportunity for students and young professionals (both developers and non-devs) to tap their toes in the world of Web3. The program is designed to provide hands-on experience within a global team, enabling collaboration and a diverse work environment. Trainees have the chance to work on business-critical projects, receive mentorship, and participate in professional (networking) events. The program spans a specified period, either 3 or 6 months, and is open to proactive individuals with a global mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for Web3. Upon successful completion, there may be opportunities for full-time or part-time roles within the company, reflecting Thrilld Labs' commitment to talent development and growth. To be transparent: we currently do not offer financial compensation for our Trainees. ‍ Today, our team is spread worldwide, including the Netherlands, Italy, Scotland, Germany, the Republic of Korea, the US, Kyrgyzstan, and Nigeria.


What is Thrilld Labs?

Thrilld Labs is building synergy-machines for Web3. Via Thrilld, a free and open-access solution, Web3 projects, professional investors, devs, and Web3 service providers can find each other in a tailored manner to instantly talk about funding, business, and other synergies. Thrilld also functions as a full-fledged Web3 event networking solution.

Our mission is driven by a thrilling pursuit to break down the overload in Web3 and enable access to global opportunities. We also have other projects and platforms in the pipeline, all aimed at making business in Web3 simply better. Simply put, we want to make business in Web3 more efficient, smarter, and truly inclusive.

By fostering a culture of openness, transparency, and inclusion, we strive to spur founders, strengthen investment pipelines and allow our global users to secure new strategic partnerships, jobs and even event networking opportunities. We collaborate with over 40 conferences, accelerators, incubators, communties and other partners.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a creative trainees with a strong passion for Web3 technology and business, ideally with a desire to enhance their skills in a professional, clever and respectful setting.

  • For non-developer trainees: currently pursuing or graduated from Bachelors degree – with a major in business, marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, sales, tech, or another related field;

  • For developer trainees: currently pursuing or completed a degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field. Self-taught developers with a portfolio of Web3-related projects are also welcome.

  • Demonstrated passion for the Web3 industry and the opportunity for technology and entrepreneurship to tackle the core challenges that society faces;

  • Strong intercultural competency, self-awareness, intellectual curiosity, and ability to see things from different perspectives;

  • Creative thinking, adaptability, and a proactive attitude to problem solving and navigating ambiguity;

  • High level of initiative and organization with strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Specific program trajectory will be tailored to the interests and skills of the selected trainee.‍

Program logistics and application deadline
  • The Traineeship will be remote, offering flexibility to work from anywhere. However, candidates must be comfortable with flexible working hours (about 10 hours per week) and able to participate in meetings in the EST time zone (for developer trainees) or in the CET time zone (for non-developer trainees.

  • Program applications are considered on a rolling basis, yet for the Winter Program, we encourage you to contact us in time.

  • Priority deadline: May 30th 2025.

  • Final deadline: June 7th 2025.
