# Welcome to Thrilld Labs

**About Us**

There’s a reason why we called our company “Thrilld Labs”. As founders today and as experienced Web3 builders/devs/investors, we know the thrill of sharing good news. \
\
Every new connection, every great interaction, and every new deal in Web3 can feel like pure ecstasy. Aren’t we "all going to make it"? The truth is, frankly, that building is as much challenging as it is thrilling.

We’ve been there (and are there right now!) - running around during a conference; scoping out investment opportunities; chasing up partners; raising capital; hiring. All these things take time, money, and effort. Business in Web3, whether you represent your project, a company, or yourself, impacts burn rates, your career, and even your friends and family. \
\
Like it or not, Web3 is a 24/7 sales mode. We found out through our various careers that while the space itself is all about merit, transparency, and trustlessness, *doing business* in Web3 is somewhat of a different story. Why? Because business is conducted by humans.&#x20;

Is that a drama? No. Not everything works out. And no one’s perfect. \
But as an industry, what Web3 is by now, we don’t have time to lose. \
\
Our mission is simple: we want to make business in Web3 better. \
By helping people connect globally, and during industry events. \
\
That’s why we created Thrilld, the Web3 networking app for Web3 professionals and events.\
And our events dApp is also under construction.\
Let's build.<br>
