To ensure that our TG community and live events remain productive, fun and respectful, please adhere to the following guidelines.

Business and professional development

Our primary goal is professional advancement. Discussions should center around business strategies, partnerships, deals, and professional growth. While personal experiences can inform professional insights, our focus remains on career-related topics.

Get involved

Our community is full of skilled and driven individuals. Share your insights, network actively, and engage in meaningful conversations. If you’re new, introduce yourself and start participating. Your engagement is key to our collective success.

Keep it professional

Maintain a professional tone in all interactions. Respect differing opinions and experiences, and approach discussions with a collaborative mindset. Constructive feedback and polite discourse are encouraged.

Zero zolerance for hate speech

We are committed to maintaining a safe and inclusive environment. Any form of harassment, or discriminatory remarks based on race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity will not be tolerated.

Respect

We value diversity and the experiences of all our members. Avoid comments that could be perceived as microaggressions or that undermine someone’s identity. This includes negative remarks about someone’s appearance, background, or personal experiences.

Privacy

Do not share personal or sensitive information about yourself or others without consent. What’s said in the community stays in the community.

Media mermissions

If you are a journalist or creator, you must obtain explicit permission from EcstaSHE before reporting on any community event or discussion.

We do not officially endorse or verify the opinions or statements made by members. For critical decisions, always seek professional advice.

Conversations about financial matters should be taken as general insights and not specific financial advice. Consult a financial expert for personalized guidance.

If you encounter behavior that violates our guidelines, report it immediately to the EcstaSHE team at [e-mail]. Your flagging help us maintain a respectful and productive community.

If a member or event attendee violates these guidelines, the EcstaSHE team will issue a reminder. Continued non-compliance may result in removal from events or the community.
