In essence, EcstaSHE is today's Web3-oriented alternative to the 'old boys club.' While our community does seek to enable networking and business collaborations, we also embrace inclusivity, empowerment, and action-oriented professionalism amongst female decision-makers in and around Web3. From devs and founders to investors, marketers, legal experts, and beyond — any woman professionally involved with Web3 is welcome to join EcstaSHE.
