Code of Conduct

Building a professional community

Thrilld Labs is committed to building and maintaining a strong, positive, and collaborative relationship with our Ambassadors, partners, and community members. We strive to engage with everyone in good faith, supporting the team with resources, guidance, and open communication as the ecosystem grows. We ask the same commitment from our Ambassadors. All Ambassadors of Thrilld Labs are thus asked to create a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone, regardless of age, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, experience level, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or other 'differentiator'. Ambassadors commit to making every participant’s experience within the community positive and thrilling.

Our standards

To foster a positive environment, we expect Ambassadors to:

  • Use welcoming (Web3) language.

  • Accept constructive criticism with grace.

  • Focus on what benefits the community as a whole.

  • Show respect for different viewpoints and experiences.

  • Show empathy and kindness toward fellow community members.

Unacceptable behavior includes sexualized language, unwelcome advances, harassment, insults, and sharing private information without consent. All actions should remain professional, avoiding any behavior deemed inappropriate or offensive.

Facilitation, not strongarming

Ambassadors aim to empower others and encourage free expression within the community. To that end:

  • Ambassadors should facilitate discussion, collaboration, and exploration of Thrilld Labs’ potential, without imposing personal preferences or pressures.

  • Ambassadors wont use Thrilld Labs’ products, events, or communication channels to express individual agendas that are misaligned with the community's goals.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all interactions within Thrilld Labs' spaces - both online and offline - whenever an Ambassador is representing the project or the community. Representation includes, but is not limited to, using official Thrilld channels, sharing content, or acting as an official spokesperson at events.

Our responsibilities

Ambassadors are responsible for upholding the Code of Conduct in terms of their own behaviour hereby help to maintain a positive, collaborative atmosphere. Thrilld Labs' core team will take appropriate and fair corrective actions in response to any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct.

Ambassadors who fail to meet the expected standards of conduct may face removal from the program or other appropriate actions, at the discretion of the Thrilld team.

Enforcement

Any instances of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violations of this Code of Conduct should be reported to the core team at support@thrilldlabs.io. All reports will be treated confidentially.

Thrilld Labs will take fair and proportionate action when enforcing this Code of Conduct, ensuring that any violations are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.
