Getting started

What is Thrilld and who is it for?
  1. Thrilld is a free networking app built for Web3 builders, investors, developers, and service providers worldwide. It also welcomes related groups, such as students, or academics. The app helps you find relevant business connections, for instance for funding, partnerships, jobs, and deal flow in a streamlined, spam-free environment, both online and at Web3 events globally.

  2. The app is also used by Web3 conferences and events to enable attendee networking and event information distribution.

Is Thrilld free to use?

Yes, Thrilld is free and open-access. In the future, certain premium features may require payment in the form of fiat or tokens, but the core networking and matchmaking functions are free for everyone as capital should not impact your chances for (business) success in Web3.

What’s the difference between an individual's profile and a company's profile?

We distinguish between individual and company profiles to better tailor the platform experience. For example, if you’re a freelance lawyer, you would register as an Individual, while someone representing a law firm would select they are with a Company.

If you’re unsure which category fits best, you can select Web3 service provider under Occupation and choose Other under About. No stress - you can update your profile at any time via Profile Settings.

What are the “Communities”, ”Recommendations,” and “Our Partners” sections about?
  • Communities: join or find info about local and global Web3 groups to network, share knowledge, and collaborate with like-minded professionals.

  • Recommendations: discover handpicked Web3 projects, tools, and initiatives designed to help you grow and find new opportunities.

  • Our Partners: explore Thrilld’s trusted partners, including accelerators, event organizers, and service providers offering the right resources and support to the Web3 ecosystem.

These sections provide tailored opportunities to connect, learn, and access resources relevant to Web3 professionals. They are all there based on our merit-based partnerships.

Do I need to connect a crypto wallet to use Thrilld?

No. A wallet is not required to use the app. A wallet connect option will be available soon though.

Support

How do I report issues or get help if I'm stuck, for instance, during onboarding?

If you encounter any issues or need assistance, you can access the Help & Support section within the app’s settings. Alternatively, you can contact us directly via email at [email protected] or join our official Telegram group: Thrilld Labs | Official.
